The founder and managing director of Apunto SC GmbH Herbert Frick, a computer scientist and shipping economist, has more than 25 years of experience in commercialization of consultation-intensive software solutions.

Professional experience (selection):

1989-2008 build-up of a software company for the shipping business from zero to a global player with about 150 customers on all five continents, IPO and public listing of this company in 2001

Skill profile: sales and marketing, establishing of local and global sales organizations, corporate management, software engineering

The other managing director is Dirk Hitz, computer scientist for business administration, with about 20 years of expericence in managing international IT projects and project portfolios. He joint the company in 2010.
